Kim Dougherty

Kim is the Office Manager for Real Property Capital, Inc. She brings over 20 years of administrative experience in Business Administration and Marketing.  Kim is responsible for organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments, managing relationships with vendors and service providers, maintaining accounts payable, receivables and monthly billing, contact and database management, and many other responsibilities around the office.

Kim graduated from Temple University in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.  Prior to joining Real Property Capital, Kim worked as a Marketing Manager for a non-profit organization for nearly 15 years. Kim resides with her husband and two children in Conshohocken, PA.  Kim enjoys cooking, crafts, and spending time at the Jersey shore.
