A $5,000,000 construction loan for the redevelopment of the former All Saints parish located in the Bridesburg neighborhood of Philadelphia into a mixed-use complex.The loan was underwritten on an 84-month term, with the first 24-month interest only, at a fixed interest rate of 3.67% for the entire term of the loan. The loan was underwritten to 65% of stabilized value and 80% of project cost.
