Duncan Pearson

Duncan has over ten years of experience in the commercial real estate and mortgage banking businesses. Prior to joining Real Property Capital, he was a Pennsylvania licensed real estate salesperson, focused on commercial leasing and investment sales with The Flynn Company in Philadelphia. Duncan was also the Director of social media and online marketing for esreveR/ From the Warehouse, a multi-channel e-commerce and bricks and mortar retailer based in West Conshohocken, PA.

During his time at Real Property Capital, Duncan has demonstrated a proven ability to analyze and close complex commercial and multi-family real estate portfolios of all asset types and leads an innovative web-based marketing initiative.

Duncan holds a BA in History from Trinity College in Hartford Connecticut. He resides in the Philadelphia area.
