Despite credit issues with the borrower, RPC was able to secure a $3,750,000 construction loan for the acquisition and development of a former construction supply business into a 114,000 square foot farmers’ market located along Haddon Avenue in Camden, NJ. Through strong relationships with a variety of capital sources, RPC was able to finance the non-core asset type at 68% loan-to value with flexible terms for a permanent financing conversion.
