Phillip Valenti

Phil joined Real Property Capital as an Associate in 2019 after completing an internship with the company, while also pursuing his undergraduate studies at Temple University. His responsibilities include sourcing debt and equity transactions and analytical functions involving cash flow analysis. 

Phil comes from an entrepreneurial background.  Prior to joining Real Property Capital, he ran a generational family business for several years.  

Phil holds a BA in finance from Temple University’s Fox School of Business. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, mountain biking and working out.
