Whether for land development, pre-leased site development, project finance, acquisition funding, repositioning, or distressed note purchases, RPC’s national contacts include capital providers with the ability to quickly underwrite and fund opportunities.   The principals of RPC have placed or participated in over $400 MM of investment in these types of situations.

Based on RPC’s broad relationships locally, regionally, and nationally, we often have unique access to and knowledge of opportunities – in many cases before they “hit the market.”

As a result, owner-operators often rely on RPC to assist in executing a transaction at one or more levels of the capital stack, and capital providers frequently update their search criteria with us to help fulfill their capital allocation goals.

This dynamic positions RPC uniquely in the middle market as the “first call” or “go-to” firm to help deals come to closure.  As we are not a real estate broker (although we possess the capability), we are often treated as an insider and advisor in investment sales transactions.  The company’s solid bench of seasoned capital markets professionals and financial analysts bring a unique execution capability to bear, whereby RPC is not only the intermediary, but also a key advisor and problem solver to our clients.

While the firm does not take listings and is not in the business of marketing opportunities broadly, we do access opportunities and investable situations that ultimately benefit our clients through acquisition or disposition.
