Dan Dean

Dan brings over 20 years of experience in all facets of commercial real estate finance and has been involved in over $500 million of debt and equity transactions.

Prior to joining Real Property Capital, Dan was a founding principal of PREIT Capital Advisors, a subsidiary of Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust. Before that he was the managing partner of United Enterprise Fund, L.P. and was an executive at PepsiCo, Inc. where his activities were focused on multi-unit retail and commercial real estate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and financial structuring.

Dan holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and a BA from Columbia University. He resides in the Philadelphia area with his wife and children.
